To support continued growth in Europe, the organization is launching a new European Business Centre in Riga, Latvia. It will become a core part of the European operational network, supporting various business functions. Apply now and became a part of this newly established organization in Riga.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data from multiple functions and systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support leadership in performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with IT and functional teams to improve data quality, streamline data flows, and enhance reporting automation.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and security policies, maintaining accuracy and compliance across all reports.
  • Align with central functions to maintain consistency in definitions, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a centralised knowledge base for processes, best practices, FAQs, and work instructions.
  • Train employees on effective knowledge management practices and the use of related tools.
  • Monitor and improve the usage, quality, and relevance of knowledge assets to ensure ongoing accuracy and value.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or knowledge management, preferably within a Shared Service Centre or Global Business Services environment.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting and data visualisation skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL.
  • Solid understanding of knowledge management principles, systems, and practices. Proficiency in knowledge management platforms (Sharepoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to translate data and knowledge into actionable insight.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally across SSC teams.
  • Project management and change enablement capabilities to drive adoption of knowledge and reporting initiatives.
  • Understanding of data governance frameworks and information management standards.
  • Training or certification in knowledge management, business analytics, or data governance is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
